Product Description:
Air in rooms is often burdened by fine dust, pollen and unpleasant odors as well as viruses and bacteria. But VIKTOR filters all this through a specially developed HPP Filter System TM (International patent application pending), thus permitting you to take a deep breath of fresh air! Small and yet great in his own way - VIKTOR clearly demonstrates what clean air is all about with top CADR values (Clean Air Delivery Rate). The special filter cleanses the air while active carbon eliminates unpleasant odors. And with five capacity stages (extremely quiet to powerful) and dimmable night-mode LED control lights, VIKTOR will always be a fine companion!

MULTI-TECH Intelli-Pro Intelligent Air Purifer Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is a good air filter. It does the job of cleaning the air so you can breath.I live in a basement. There's water damage and clothes left there. So it was real hard to breath.I also didn't know if the air had mildew, or other living organisms.

I woke up with bad headaches or a stopped up nose. Some times I would just be sick with cold type symtoms.

The reviews on this item were 21 out of 22 (good) on one site and the same kind of thing on others.I used chatt window customer service with a site that sells air filters. They recommended a $500-600 filter. The reviews on it were not even close to this one.

I decided to go back give it a try.I got the same results as they did.I can breath. I'm not stopped up or sick every day. I trust the air I breath. Its worth the money.

Hunter 30251 HEPAtech Air Purifier Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Shortly after adopting a cat from a local humane society, my son developed asthma as the result of an undiagnosed cat allergy. I purchased this air purifier and Hunter air purifier #30067 and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my son's allergy and asthma symptoms(he is also taking medication). My older son unplugged the purifiers on two different occasions and within minutes, my allergic son's symptoms returned! I would highly recommend this product.

Honeywell HFR-11 Pure HEPA Permanent Replacement Filter Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The "Features:" and "Product Discription" do not list the correct Honeywell air cleaner model numbers that use this filter. Here is the "Replacement Filter Table" on the box of the HRF-11. The first number is the Air Purifier series followed by the # of filters required in parenthesis. The last, right number is for the HEPA filter model # it replaces:

10500(2) 20500
10590(1) 20590
17000(2) 20500
50100(1) 20590

As another reviewer has already noted, this is not really a 'permanent' filter because it must be replaced every 3-5 years under normal use, just like the non-permanent filter that originally came with the air cleaner.

I'm giving it 4 stars for two reasons: 1. Because I really do not find a difference in the way this works yet compared to the filter that came with my 17000; and 2. My machine requires two of these so the air actually goes through less HEPA material than the one-piece filter that came with the machine [casing and spacer where HEPA material would be if a one piece filter]. Only time will tell if I have to replace this sooner than I would for a one piece filter (yearly) due to it's usage in a room with a wood stove.
