(More customer reviews)Order the 13 MERV 20x25x5 replacement filters for my Honeywell Air Filter from Nordic Pure. Promptly received a box of 4 filters, carton marked 13 MERV on outside BUT each filter was clearly marked as 12 MERV as part of the logo on the side. Contacted Nordic Pure...Jason responded that they made a "warehouse" error sent the wrong ones...replacements would be shipped. I received a UPS label which forwarded the 12 MERS to someone in MN.
Several days later I received another box marked 13 MERV. I opened it and the filters looked the same as the others but each now had a green sticker indicating "13 MERV' placed over the preprinted 12 MERV on the filter. I guess that made it all better.
I cannot tell you if they are 12 or 13 MERV but I can tell you the 12 MERVs are cheaper. Secondly, they are slighlty larger than the Honeywell brand and need a little coaxing to fix through the filter door into the filter tray.
