(More customer reviews)I purchased this bc I thought it was the carbon filter version, but when it got here it was simply cotton.The picture is misleading in that it depicts the two varieties, but doesn't specify that this product is in fact the inferior of the two.I will be returning it, less shipping, less a 10pct restocking fee.At least then I'll get $20 back.That's better than nothing.
Allergybegone was closed by the time I attempted to call them on Friday of last week, although it was in fact after 5pm, so I can't blame them.I will get to them tomorrow, so as to make the thirty day window, and then will report back on their customer service if it is lacking.
